Formación Digital wants to highlight the Company’s policy to tailor our Management and work System in the sector of Consultancy, Training and the Production of Multimedia Content to the full satisfaction of the Client.
The Management of Formación Digital is aware of the new competition laws in the EU, as well as the trends which are gradually affecting Quality and Environmental issues. The MANAGER, therefore, wants to focus on improving the Quality of our products and services while respecting the environment.
Our main objective will be to work to the level set out in the international standards and especially the UNE:EN:ISO 9001:2008 and UNE:EN:ISO 14001:2004 standards. We will assure that our products and services comply with legal requirements, the Clients’ specifications, as well as other requirements that the Grupo GDT may endorse and which may be applicable in each case.
We have decided to only put products and services on the market that clients are satisfied with and that fulfil their needs. We also endeavour to carry out a program of continuous development as well as pollution prevention.
As a result of the decision and intentions previously expressed, the Management commits itself to providing the human and material resources necessary to meet these objectives.
This Policy on Quality and the Environment is reviewed to guarantee its continuous suitability and measures will be implemented so that the policy is understood internally and externally.
Quality and respect for the Environment is the objective and responsibility of all the staff involved in Formación Digital.We are convinced that a Management System will help us to achieve a system of continuous improvement. The Management will therefore set out during the System review concrete and quantifiable objectives every year, using our Policy as a point of reference, which will help to measure and evaluate the improvements achieved.
We ask the staff of Formación Digital to follow and comply with the guidelines of the Management System and it is the responsibility of the Head of Quality, Environment and Health and Safety to supervise it and assure it is efficient, implemented and maintained.
