We offer training adapted to the reality of organizations with regards to negotiation and resolution of conflicts. To accomplish this, we analyze the necessities, we develop an appropriate training plan, taught by specialists and we establish a monitoring programme with complementary classes, training sessions, and result-analysis.

TEACHING MODEL

The ENE training programme proposes a participative methodology, encouraging the exchange of opinions and criterions between participants. Starting with a theoretical approximation, necessary to establish a solid and shared base, the participant covers the key issues from the essentials to the negotiation process, through case analysis, simulations, role play and games.
